PURPOSE: A walking exercise supporting device is provided to improve exercising effect by applying resistance force from an elastic band to the arms of a user. CONSTITUTION: A walking exercise supporting device includes a main body(10) and an elastic band(20). Wearing supports are arranged at both back parts of the main body. The elastic band includes a handle. One end part of the elastic band is connected to another end part through the upper and lower parts of the main body and the upper and lower parts of the shoulders of a user. Fixing rings are arranged at both upper and lower parts of the main body. Both end parts of the detachably attached to the fixing rings. A length adjusting unit(30) is arranged at the back part of the main body. |
