ARRANGEMENT FOR COOLING LINEAR MOTOR

PURPOSE: A linear motor cooling structure is provided to efficiently cool a coil, and simply configure a cooling structure according to the shape of the coil. CONSTITUTION: A coil (5) is wound so as to have a rectangular board shape in a predetermined direction. An inlet unit (3) has an inlet port (3a) on the upper portion (3b) thereof so that coolant flows in. The inlet unit includes a plurality of through-holes for communicating on the multiple inlet ports. An outlet unit (4) has an output (4a) for discharging the coolant to the upper portion (4b) thereof. The outlet unit has multiple through holes for communicating on the multiple outlet ports.
