PURPOSE: Powdered coal for low absorbent fuel using coffee waste and a manufacturing method of the same are provided to improve energy by increasing the caloric value of the powdered coal. CONSTITUTION: A manufacturing method of powdered coal includes the following: coffee waste is pulverized; the pulverized coffee waste is dried; the dried coffee waste is pyrolyzed in a stirring type roaster(4) at a temperature between 225 and 320 deg C for 5 to 40 minutes; the pyrolyzed coffee waste is cooled; and manufactured powdered coal is packaged. In the cooling process, the pyrolyzed coffee waste is transferred by a vacuum carrier(5).
