PURPOSE: An ORC cogeneration system using the waste heat of low temperature and an absorption type refrigerator is provided to increase generation output by supplying the water of low temperature discharged from an evaporator, producing cooling water, and increasing the heat drop between a heat source and cooling water after supplying the waste heat of low temperature. CONSTITUTION: An ORC cogeneration system using the waste heat of low temperature and an absorption type refrigerator(100) comprises an evaporator(110), a turbine(120), a generator(130), a condenser(140), a pump, an absorption type refrigerator(160). The evaporator receives the waste heat of low temperature and evaporates working fluid. The turbine is operated by working fluid receiving heat through the evaporator. The generator produces electricity by the rotation of the turbine. The condenser liquefies working fluid expanded in the turbine. The pump supplies working fluid liquefied in the condenser to the generator. The absorption type refrigerator uses warm water discharged by the heat exchange of working fluid through the evaporator, produces the cooling water of low temperature flowing from the outside as cooling heat, circulates produced cooling water of low temperature to the condenser, and supplies warm water of which the heat is exchanged to local heating water.
