PURPOSE: Hangover relieving drink is provided to use a dried pollack extract, an Alnus japonica extract, and a Puerariae radix extract. CONSTITUTION: Dried pollack is mixed with 5-10 times the amount of purified water in an extractor, and extracted at 85-95°C for 24-26 hours. Alnus japonica is washed, cut into 5-10 cm, dried, and extracted using 10-15 times the amount of water at 90-100°C for 2-15 hours. Puerariae radix is washed, cut into 5-10 cm, dried, and extracted using 10-15 times the amount of water at 90-100°C for 2-15 hours. 5-15 wt% of dried pollack extract, 2-5 wt% of Alnus japonica extract, 0.5-2 wt% of Puerariae radix extract, 1-4 wt% of seasoning agent, 0.1-0.5 wt% of flavoring agent, and 80-90 parts by weight of purified water are mixed. |
