PURPOSE: An aluminum heat radiation gasket has three-dimensional and uniform heat radiation characteristics by forming an aluminum thin plate in upper, lower and side directions. CONSTITUTION: A basic framework (1) is arranged between a heating body and a heat radiation plate. An aluminum thin plate (2) surrounds the upper, lower, and sides of the basic framework. The aluminum thin plate and the basic framework are attached by hot melt (3) provided in a tape shape. An unevenness part (5) is formed at both ends of the aluminum thin plate placed at the bottom of the basic framework. Double-sided tape (4) is attached to the heating body or the heat radiation plate. |
