PURPOSE: A card payment system of a smart phone using a Bluetooth HID(Human Interface Device) channel is provided to perform offline credit card payment through the Bluetooth HID channel in a card reader unified with the smart phone and to transmit an encoded credit card payment history to a VAN(Value-Added Network) and a card company, thereby approving the credit card payment. CONSTITUTION: A credit card reader transmits credit card identification information to a smart phone through a Bluetooth HID channel by encoding the credit card identification information(S10). The smart phone transmits the credit card identification information to a VAN server with inputted credit card payment information(S20). The VAN server transmits the credit card identification information, the credit card payment information, and a smart phone identification number to a card company server(S30). The card company server transmits availability verification information to the VAN server(S40). The VAN server transmits card payment approval information to the smart phone and the card company server(S50).
