PURPOSE: A manufacturing method of environmentally-friendly organic materials and a strawberry growing method using the same are provided to help calcium absorption and to manufacture strawberries which includes various mineral components. CONSTITUTION: An environmentally-friendly organic material comprises 0.02-0.03wt% of highly active calcium oxide and 2-3wt% of liquid composite mineral. A strawberry growing method comprises the following steps: 250-500 times diluting the environmentally-friendly organic material and planting the same; performing foliar application the environmentally-friendly organic materials one time during tinter and one or two times after 10 days; and performing foliar application the environmentally-friendly organic materials one time during tinter and one or two times 100-140 liters per 10675 square feet after 10 days.
