PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a translucent panel mounting structure capable of minimizing an invalid area through which a translucent panel is inoperable and invisible and narrowing a frame portion, and a portable electronic apparatus including the same.SOLUTION: The translucent panel mounting structure according to one embodiment of the present invention comprises a translucent panel 30, and an opening 21 in which the translucent panel is fitted. The opening includes: a casing 20 that has an inner wall surface 23 facing a peripheral face 31 of the translucent panel 30, and an inner bottom face 24 inward extending from the inner wall face and facing a back-face peripheral edge of the translucent panel; and a silicone resin layer 40 formed by filling a space between the peripheral face of the translucent panel and the inner wall face of the casing, and a space between the back-face peripheral edge of the translucent panel and the inner bottom face of the casing, with the silicone resin. |
