PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a semiconductor light-emitting device whose correlation color temperature is 1600K or more and 2400K or less and which has high luminous efficiency and emits high-Ra light, as well as a semiconductor light-emitting system and a luminaire incorporating the semiconductor light-emitting device.SOLUTION: The semiconductor light-emitting device includes a blue semiconductor light-emitting element which emits light in a blue region, a red phosphor, and a green phosphor whose half peak width of emission spectrum is 65 nm or more, characterized in that it emits light with a correlation color temperature of 1600K or more and 2400K or less.
