PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a semiconductor device which is unlikely to be subject to influence of noise.SOLUTION: A semiconductor device 2 comprises: a ground terminal T2 provided at one corner of a package 10; and an input terminal T2 and an output terminal T3 provided on one side and on the other side of the ground terminal T2. Outer parts of the terminals T1-T3 are arranged in parallel with each other and tips of the terminals T1-T3 are aligned along a straight line A orthogonal to an extending direction of the terminals. Accordingly, even when a pitch of a plurality of leads 12 is changed, impedance of three paths between an inverter 3 and an oscillator 6 can be equal with each other and kept small. |
