PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a hulling and sorting machine capable of efficiently processing the sorting of unpolished rice in an unhulled rice area of multistage swing sorting plates by a simple configuration, and preventing damages due to re-hulling of the unpolished rice.SOLUTION: A hulling and sorting machine includes: a hulling device; multistage swinging sorting plates 11 for sorting unhulled rice and mixed rice composed of unpolished rice; a re-hulling path for returning unhulled rice in an unhulled rice area, which is sorted by the swinging sorting plate 11, to the hulling device; and a re-sorting path for returning the mixed rice in a mixed rice area, which is sorted by the swinging sorting plate 11, to the swinging sorting plate 11. There is provided an unhulled rice and unpolished rice separation body 13 into which the unhulled rice in the unhulled rice area, which is sorted by the swinging sorting plate 11, flows. The unhulled rice and unpolished rice separation body 13 is provided with: a porous plate 21a for separating the unpolished rice from the unhulled rice in the unhulled rice area B, which is sorted by the swinging sorting plate; and an unpolished rice guide plate 23 for receiving the unpolished rice separated by the porous plate 21a; wherein the porous plate 21a and the unpolished rice guide plate 23 are alternately arranged in the vertical direction. |
