PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a suction operation device for an endoscope, including an excellent function, having good operability with a small press-in operation force amount, not allowing the increase of the size of the device, and not causing so-called natural suction.SOLUTION: Each of edge parts of a bottom face 18a of a lateral hole-like flow passage 18 facing an inlet of a longitudinal hole-like flow passage 16 is formed in a slant face 18b obliquely advancing to the longitudinal hole-like flow passage side 16, and outside air passing through the lateral hole-like flow passage 18 and flowing into the longitudinal hole-like flow passage 16 in a standby state flows to a direction along the slant faces 18b in a boundary part between the lateral hole-like flow passage 18 and the longitudinal hole-like flow passage 16. |
