PURPOSE: A manufacturing method of a lignin-polyester resin mixed powder manufactures a mixed powder in which lignin and polyester are uniformly distributed by using a supercritical fluid-drying method and solve the problem of the brittleness of lignin. CONSTITUTION: A manufacturing method of a lignin-polyester resin mixed powder comprises a step of injecting lignin and polyester resin into a high pressure reactor; a step of substituting moisture in the lignin and the polyester resin with a substitution solvent; a step of supplying a supercritical fluid into the high pressure reactor to dry the lignin and polyester; a step of reducing the pressure of the reactor, adding a common solvent, and manufacturing the mixed solution of the lignin and polyester resin; a step of spraying the mixed solution into an insolubilizing container with supercritical fluid supplied; and a step of precipitating the solid mixed powder of lignin and polyester from the sprayed solution.
