PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a drive device for a vehicle which can drive a mechanical oil pump efficiently by an engine and an electric motor, and structures a drive system simply.SOLUTION: A drive device for a vehicle includes an engine ENG, a generator GEN, a motor MOT, a transmission mechanism T for driving and transmitting between them, a mechanical oil pump P, and a connection mechanism C for connecting the transmission mechanism T and the mechanical oil pump P. The connection mechanism C connects a pump shaft 44 of the mechanical oil pump P and a second input shaft 22 so as to transmit power, and transmits rotation power to the pump shaft 44 of the mechanical oil pump P as it is when the rotation power of the second input shaft 22 is in a normal direction, and converts the rotation power into reverse rotation when the rotation power of the second input shaft 22 is in a reverse direction, and transmits to the pump shaft 44 of the mechanical oil pump P. |
