PURPOSE: A cut pipe cleaning device is provided to spray cleaning water while moving a jet of water from a pipe clamp region in the stopped state by using a cleaning water spraying nozzle, thereby effectively cleaning a pipe. CONSTITUTION: A cut pipe cleaning device includes a pipe clamp, a chain conveyor (20), a washing chamber (30), a cleaning water spraying device (40), a cleaning water filtering device, and a control unit. The pipe clamp supports a cut pipe (P) in order to wash an opening of the cut pipe with cleaning water while being supported by a chamber guide. The chain conveyor moves the pipe clamp to the outside of a washing chamber (30) when cleaning is finished. The washing chamber includes an inlet (31), a guide (33), a cover, and an outlet (32). The cleaning water spraying device includes a cleaning water spraying nozzle (41), and a cleaning water pump. The cleaning water spraying nozzle is installed inside the washing chamber in order to spray the cleaning water on the opening of the pipe inputted into the washing chamber by being hung by being gripped by the pipe clamp. The cleaning water pump supplies the cleaning water to the cleaning water spraying nozzle. The cleaning water filtering device filters the cleaning water and supplies the cleaned washing water to the cleaning water pump. The control unit is installed in order to control the chain conveyor and the cleaning water spraying device. |
