PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an insulation state detector capable of performing highly-accurate measurement in a short required time even when Y capacitors with large capacity are connected.SOLUTION: An insulation state detector includes an equilibrium state formation circuit 20 promoting the operation that a state of charge of a positive electrode side capacitance 101 between a positive electrode side power supply line 111 and an earth electrode 103 and the state of charge of a negative electrode side capacitance 102 between a negative electrode side power supply line 112 and the earth electrode transit from a non-equilibrium state to an equilibrium state. The equilibrium state formation circuit includes control resistors Ra, Rb having sufficiently smaller resistance values than earth resistors RLp, RLn, and control switches Sa, Sb. |
