PURPOSE: A writing instrument equipped with a smart device touch head is provided to improve convenience for use by providing the writing instrument equipped with a touch head formed in a solid bottom with a typical writing instrument without having an individual smart device touch pen. CONSTITUTION: A writing instrument equipped with a smart device touch head has a pen core in a pen holder (10), a tip (30) which is bound and fixed with the pen holder, and an end protection cap (50) which supports the pen core and lets in and out. A smart device touch head (40) is additionally included in between the tip and the end protection cap, is settled being adhered in the end protection cap being inserted in a lower part of the tip. A head part of the smart device touch head is formed to be protruded to a lower part of the end protection cap. The smart device touch head is made of a rubber material or a silicon material being equipped with a conductive property and the pen holder and the tip is equipped with the conductive property by containing a conductive substance.
