PURPOSE: A method to manufacture hoses for spraying bubbles is provided to prevent a spraying hole from blocking caused by foreign substances because the foreign substances are not easily stuck to outer and inner circumferential surfaces of a hose main body even in a long-term usage. CONSTITUTION: A method to manufacture hoses (100) for spraying bubbles comprises the following steps: pulverizing vulcanized rubber into a granular pulverized material having the particle size of 0.2-1 mm; mixing 70-95 wt% of the granular pulverized material and 5-30 wt% of thermoplastic resin and forming a mixture; injecting the mixture to an extrusion die of an extruder and extruding the same at melting temperatures of the thermoplastic resin; extruding the mixture while a core unit of the extrusion die is directly heated by a heater unit installed in the inside and extruding the same to a hose having the surface roughness in which the inner circumferential surface corresponds to the outer circumferential surface; and completing the manufacturing of a hose for spraying the bubbles by cooling the extruded hose. |
