PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an inkjet recording method excelling in curability, an embedding property, adhesiveness and discharge stability.SOLUTION: An inkjet recording method includes: a first process of forming an image by discharging droplets of a photo-curable ink composition containing a solvent, a polymerizing compound and a photopolymerization initiator from a head toward a recording object medium to be landed thereon; a second process of evaporating the solvent included in the photo-curable ink composition constituting the image; and a third process of irradiating the image after the second process with light; wherein, when starting the irradiation in the third process, the content of the polymerizing composition included in the photo-curable ink composition constituting the image after the second process is 20-90 mass% with respect to the total mass of the ink composition.
