PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To obtain a control device capable of controlling a plurality of housing and facility devices of whose adopted control protocols are different.SOLUTION: A control device is configured to transmit a control signal to a housing and facility device by using one of a plurality of kinds of protocols. The control device comprises a device information collector 107, a user application 101 and a command converter 102. The device information collector 107 selects a plurality of kinds of protocols in order and collects information required for searching housing and facility devices corresponding to the selected protocols and controlling the detected devices. The user application 101 causes a user to select one of the devices detected by the device information collector 107 as a control target device and accepts a control operation to the selected control target device. The command converter 102 generates a control command of a protocol that the selected control target device uses, on the basis of the information collected by the device information collector 107 and the control operation accepted by the user application 101. |
