PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To prevent decomposition due to heat of a spray agent to be sprayed into a furnace, and also to prevent clogging due to dust deposit and solidification on a nozzle tip and high temperature corrosion due to salt dust.SOLUTION: In a spray nozzle device for spraying a spray agent into a furnace (furnace wall 10), a spray nozzle body comprises a spray tube 22 for supplying the spray agent into the furnace (10) and a nozzle tip 24 attached to a distal end of the spray tube 22, the spray nozzle body is attached to the inside of a doubly formed protecting tube 26 so as not to protrude the nozzle tip 24 into the furnace (10), heat insulating materials 28 are filled in a clearance between an inner tube 26A and an outer tube 26B of the protecting tube 26, and an unheated purge gas is supplied into the inner tube 26A of the protecting tube 26. |
