PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a coated film that is suppressed in rise in film haze small even after processes under severe conditions, for example, a long-time heat treatment under a condition of 150°C, a sputtering process, a durability test in an atmosphere of high temperature and high humidity, etc., and used for products for optical members and in manufacturing processes thereof, and has superior optical characteristics and visibility.SOLUTION: A coated film is a film which has, as a base material, a laminate polyester film having a coated layer formed from a coating liquid containing a quaternary ammonium salt-containing polymer, a polyethylene glycol-containing acrylate polymer, and a crosslinking agent, on one surface of a polyester film that has a laminate structure of at least three or more layers with both surface layers of 4 μm or larger in thickness, and which has a coating layer provided on the opposite surface to the coated layer, wherein the amounts of oligomer extracted from both the surfaces of the film are each 0.5 mg/mor less. |
