PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a spring type shock absorbing device reducing generation of shocks, vibration and noise, etc. of a cover during high speed, in a protective cover of a machine tool which is a main purpose of a telescopic cover and protective covers of other general industrial machines.SOLUTION: A cylindrical roller part of a slider E incorporated into a slide case D installed in a plate B of a cover box A-2 is pressed by a cam plate F mounted on a rear face of the moving cover box A-2 and the slider E is slid to thereby compress a compression spring G installed adjacently to the slider E. Accordingly, a shock when each cover box is mutually collided and connected for elongation and extension is absorbed by compression resistance force of the compression spring G. |
