PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an aluminum alloy member excellent in impact resistance.SOLUTION: An aluminum alloy member comprises hypoeutectic aluminum alloy constituted by metallic structure having a base part composed of α-Al and a crystallized part composed of the crystallized product except the α-Al. An abundance ratio of the crystallized part to whole metallic structure is 12% or less in terms of an area ratio (whole area ratio) and also an abundance ratio of the crystallized part in the base part to whole crystallized part is 40% or more in terms of an area ratio (an acquisition rate). The aluminum alloy member having such a metallic structure is obtained by heating a pre-finished product composed of a dendrite α-Al particle to a semi-molten state and pressurization-molding the semi-molten pre-finished product. This aluminum alloy member exhibits excellent impact resistance since the aluminum alloy member is composed of such a metallic structure that a weak crystallized part in which a crack is easily propagated is divided by the highly ductile base part (α-Al). |
