PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an electrophotographic photoreceptor capable of forming an image with high quality by using a cylindrical support body excellent in production efficiency, a process cartridge having the electrophotographic photoreceptor and an electrophotographic device.SOLUTION: The number of recesses existing on a roughness curve when an outer surface of a cylindrical support body of an electrophotographic photoreceptor is measured in an axial direction with a measuring length of 6.0 mm by using a contact probe type surface roughness gauge satisfies all the conditions (1) to (4): (1) the number of recesses in which an opening distance is 30 μm or more and less than 250 μm, and a depth is 1 μm or more and less than 5 μm is 10 or more and 100 or less; (2) the number of recesses in which the opening distance is 250 μm or more and less than 400 μm, and the depth is less than 8 μm is 5 or less; (3) the number of recesses in which the opening distance is less than 400 μm, and the depth is 5 μm or more and less than 8 μm is 5 or less; and (4) the number of recesses in which the opening distance is 400 μm or more, or the depth is 8 μm or more is 0. |
