PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a linear motor cooling structure that has a simple structure while efficiently cooling a coil.SOLUTION: A linear motor cooling structure for cooling a coil constituting a driving part of a linear motor includes a tabular cooling part in which a flow channel for cooling water to cool the coil is formed inside spaces between a plurality of tabular members produced by bonding a plurality of tabular members with each other, and an inflow port 2c into which the cooling water is allowed to flow and an outflow port 2d from which the cooling water is allowed to flow out is provided at both ends of the tabular cooling part, the tabular cooling part being brought into close contact with the coil. Thus, the tabular cooling part including the flow channel through which the cooling water is circulated inside the tabular cooling part can be formed by only bonding the plurality of tabular members with each other, thereby efficiently cooling the coil by allowing the tabular cooling part to be brought into close contact with the coil while making the cooling structure simple. |
