PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To properly apply a heating medium to a winding central part of a pipe rehabilitation member, thereby allowing the pipe rehabilitation member to be uniformly heated and softened over a whole length in a short period of time.SOLUTION: A drum 10 for winding on which a pipe rehabilitation member 102 is wound includes a body part 20 and a flange 22. The body part 20 includes a core heating medium discharge part 14 having a plurality of holes 30 arranged in a distributed manner. The core heating medium discharge part 14 covers a part or the whole of an outer peripheral face of the body part 20 to form a space 28 with the outer peripheral face of the body part 20. When a pipe rehabilitation member 102 is drawn out from the drum 10 for winding, a heating medium is supplied to the space 28 from a heating medium hose (62) connected with a core connecting part (60). The heating medium supplied moves in the space 28, and is discharged to the outside through the holes 30, thereby heating and softening the pipe rehabilitation member 102. |
