PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a rubber composition for truck and bus tire, capable of improving low fuel consumption property, wear resistance and rubber strength in a balanced manner, and a truck and bus tire manufactured using the same.SOLUTION: A rubber composition for truck and bus tire contains a rubber component and silica. Of 100 mass% of the rubber component, the content of a conjugated diene polymer which has a structural unit based on conjugated diene and a structural unit represented by formula (I) and at least one end of which is modified by a specific compound is 5 mass% or more, and the content of the silica relative to 100 pts.mass of the rubber component is 5-150 pts.mass. |
