Provided is a control circuit (1) capable of preventing, without an additional configuration, excess power from being supplied to a load when determining the order of the phases of a multi-phase power generator (5), and also provided is a power generation device equipped with the control circuit. The control circuit (1) for determining the order of the phases of the power generator (5) includes a detection unit (11) and a switching control unit (12). The detection unit (11) detects the outputs of the respective phases (AC1 to AC3) of the power generator. The switching control unit (12) switches a plurality of switching elements (Q11 to Q32) at a frequency higher than the output frequency of each of the phases of the power generator, the switching elements (Q11 to Q32) being provided in one-to-one relationship with the respective phases of the power generator and controlling whether or not to supply the output of the power generator to a load. |
