摘要 <p>The present invention addresses the problem of providing a deformation sensor capable of accurately detecting a push parameter. An input terminal device (9) is provided with: a main body (90) which has a screen (900) on the surface thereof; an input panel (91) which covers the screen (900) from the front side and to which a push load (F) is applied by an operator; and a sensor housing portion (92) which is defined between the main body (90) and the input panel (91). A deformation sensor (1) is disposed in the sensor housing portion (92). The deformation sensor (1) is provided with: a sensor element (2) which comprises a base layer (20), and a sensor layer (21) that is stacked on the front surface or back surface of the base layer (20) and deformed by the input panel (91) being deformed according to the push load (F) to thereby cause the change of the electric resistance thereof; and a deformation pre-application layer (3) which is disposed on the front side and/or the back side of the sensor element (2) and is able to previously apply elastic deformation to the sensor element (2) in a no-load state in which no push load (F) is applied.</p>
