PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To prevent telephone call with high degrees of urgency and significance from being interrupted.SOLUTION: In a telephone service system 200 an AS10: measures a calling time for connection destination information; compares the measured calling time with a predetermined calling permitted time; and transmits, when determining the measured calling time exceeds the calling permitted time, an instruction of disconnecting the calling to a subscriber server 11 and disconnects the calling between telephones 20. Through the increase of the calling permitted time as the degrees of urgency and significance are high, the calling with low degrees of urgency and significance is restricted to short time and the calling with high degrees of urgency and significance can be performed for a long time. |
