PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a bleaching sunscreen cosmetic that can stably mix a bleaching ingredient having an unstabilizing tendency in an oil-in-water type emulsion composition and has a fresh touch of use.SOLUTION: The oil-in-water type bleaching sunscreen emulsion composition includes (A) a bleaching ingredient, (B) a bis-ethylhexyloxyphenol methoxyphenyl triazine, (C) a polar oil and (D) an acrylic acid/alkyl methacrylate copolymer. Preferably the bleaching ingredient is one or more selected from the group consisting of tranexamic acid, an alkoxysalicylic acid, ascorbic acid and their salts or derivatives. Preferably the polar oil is one or more selected from the group consisting of diisopropyl sebacate, diethylhexyl succinate, glyceryl tri-2-ethylhexanoate and pentaerythritol tetraoctanoate. |
