<p>A light-permeable substrate (22) has a first connection terminal (28) formed thereon, and an object for connection (12) has a light-reflective second connection terminal (18) formed thereon that is to be connected to the first connection terminal (28) and has a larger surface area than the first connection terminal (28). The light-permeable substrate (22) is placed on the object for connection (12), and the first connection terminal (28) is superposed on the second connection terminal (18). Light is shone from the light-permeable substrate (22) side, and positioning is performed between the light-permeable substrate (22) and the object for connection (12) such that reflected light from the second connection terminal (18) is transmitted from the periphery of the first connection terminal (28). The light-permeable substrate (22) and the object for connection (12), which have been positioned, are connected. Substrate space is capable of being saved, and the alignment between the connection terminals is capable of being adjusted rapidly and precisely.</p> |
