The present invention provides: a filler for liquid chromatography, which is capable of separating an amino acid in a short time; a column for liquid chromatography; and an apparatus for liquid chromatography. The present invention relates to a filler for liquid chromatography, which contains a styrene-based crosslinked copolymer as a base, while having an average pore diameter of 2-100 nm, a pore volume of 0.2-2.4 mL/g and a specific surface area of 100-1,200 m2/g. This filler for liquid chromatography contains a sulfo group having an exchange capacity of 0.1-200 mueq/g as an exchange group, and contains a phenol structure in an amount of 0.1-30 parts by weight per 100 parts by weight of the above-mentioned copolymer.
