<p>A prediction unit (750) predicts the comfort level of a passenger during travel along a travel route, on the basis of information relating to the effective temperature of the passenger acquired by a first acquiring unit (720A). A second acquiring unit (760) acquires a power generation amount of a solar cell unit (910) obtained from sunlight irradiation during travel along the travel route, on the basis of solar radiation amount information. A third acquiring unit (770) acquires a required power generation amount of the solar cell unit (910), required during travel along the travel route. A search unit (780) designates, as a recommended route, the travel route for which the comfort level for the passenger is best, and for which the power generation amount of the solar cell unit (910) obtained from sunlight irradiation is greater than the required power generation amount of the solar cell unit (910), required during travel along the travel route. Therefore, in a vehicle that uses a solar cell as an energy source for motive power, a recommended route that provides a good comfort level for a passenger can be searched while maintaining the power generation amount of the solar cell required during travel along a road link.</p> |
