A reel (10) has: a hub (12) in which a plurality of through-holes (30) are formed in a connecting part (32) for connecting a cylindrical part (13) and a shaft-center part (18) with one another; a first flange (14) positioned on one end of the hub (12), and equipped with a first insertion part (46) for inserting into a through-hole (30) of the connecting part (32); a second flange (16) positioned on the other end of the hub (12), and equipped with a second insertion part (48) for inserting into a through-hole (30) of the connecting part (32); and a joining section which is configured by joining the first insertion part (46) and the second insertion part (48), and in which a gap (S0) between the radial-direction-inside-wall surface (32B) of the through-holes (30) and the radial-direction-inside-wall surfaces (46B, 48B) of the first insertion part (46) and the second insertion part (48) is smaller than a gap (S1) between the radial-direction-outside-wall surface (32A) of the through-holes (30) and the radial-direction-outside-wall surfaces (46A, 48A) of the first insertion part (46) and the second insertion part (48). |
