Disclosed are an extendable pouring mouth device and an inner pouch using the device. The extendable pouring mouth device (1) comprises a mouth part (14) connected to pouring equipment and a base part (13) connected to the inner pouch, and wherein an extendable structure is provided between the mouth part and the base part. In the pouring mouth device of the present invention, using an extendable structure between the mouth part (14) and the base part (13) means the device can be simply and conveniently converted between the height used when pouring or extracting, for example, and the packaged height in transit, for example.
