PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an excellently reliable insulating silicone rubber composition exhibiting excellent antistatic performance without producing bleeding or blooming and without producing discoloration.SOLUTION: An insulating silicone rubber composition includes a silicone rubber as well as an ionic liquid having an alkoxysilyl group. Preferably, a cross-linking agent is further contained. Preferably, the content of the ionic liquid is in the range of 0.001-5 pts.mass in relation to 100 pts.mass of the total of the silicone rubber and the cross-linking agent. |
