PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a construction machine configured not to report unnecessary information about energy saving when regeneration treatment of an exhaust emission control device of an internal combustion engine is performed.SOLUTION: A construction machine comprising an exhaust emission control device 33 of an internal combustion engine 31 comprises: an energy waste operation action determination means 60 for determining whether operation action becomes energy waste operation; a determination result reporting means 61 for reporting a determination result of the energy waste operation action determination means 60 to the outside; a regeneration treatment determination means 54 for determining whether to perform regeneration treatment of the exhaust emission control device 33; and a reporting regulation means 62 for regulating the reporting of the determination result by the determination result reporting means 61 based on the determination result of the energy waste operation action determination means 60 when the regeneration treatment determination means 54 determines the execution of the regeneration treatment of the exhaust emission control device 33.
