PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To achieve downsizing and weight reduction without installing an ultrasonic range finder directly above a person taking a medical checkup, in a height measuring method utilizing the ultrasonic range finder and its device.SOLUTION: A height meter (body part) in which an ultrasonic range finder is incorporated vertically upward is prepared, and by checking a difference between "a distance from the ultrasonic range finder to the height meter (body part) folded at a ceiling surface" and "a distance from the ultrasonic range finder to the parietal region of a person taking a medical checkup folded at the ceiling surface, the body height of the person taking the medical checkup is measured. |
