PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a cover glass for a solar cell that can make a solar cell module lighter.SOLUTION: A cover glass for a solar cell is 0.3 mm or more and less than 2.0 mm in thickness, its all light transmittance is 85% or more and it is chemically strengthened, and it has on the surface a recess which is 2 μm or more and 50 μm or less in diameter, the surface of which is a concave surface, and the haze rate of which is 10% or more. The cover glass has all light transmittance, for example, 0.3% or more higher than the all light transmittance of a glass plate having the same thickness and composition and having the flat front and rear surfaces. |
