PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a receiving device, a receiving method, and a receiving program which, when receiving a broadcast done by a broadcast wave and a broadcast distributed via, for example, an IP based network by switching between the two, can switch smoothly while preventing dropouts or repetition of information, and a recording medium having the receiving program stored therein.SOLUTION: A delay time calculation unit 8 calculates a correlation function between a sound signal A of a broadcast wave type broadcast and a sound signal B of an IP type simultaneous broadcast to calculate a delay time in both sound signals. When the reproduction speed of the sound signal A is changed to slow down by a reproduction speed adjustment unit 9 and synchronization between a sound signal A' derived from the sound signal A by slowing down its reproduction speed and the sound signal B is detected to have been established by the delay time calculation unit 8, an output changeover unit 10 is directed to switch from the sound signal A' to the sound signal B. |
