PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To obtain a coatable resin composition with which sufficient damping properties can be obtained.SOLUTION: An emulsion includes an emulsified copolymer of (A) a vinyl ester and (B) a (meth)acrylate-based monomer and an emulsifier. The weight-average molecular weight of the emulsified copolymer is 50,000 to 500,000. The loss tangent (tanδ), determined by a dynamic viscoelasticity measurement, of an obtained dried coating film is ≥2.0. The position of the peak temperature of the loss tangent is 0 to 80°C. |
