PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a job operation execution device which, when detecting a failure in a timer for measuring a time, automatically executes an operation corresponding to the failure to omit a time for a user to designate a measure and notifies the user of the measure against an error, and to provide an image formation apparatus using the device.SOLUTION: The job operation execution device comprises: an RTC 4 which measures a time; a job management table 10 which stores job information to be executed, with start time information on execution of a job; a job management unit 9 which compares the start time information stored in the job management table 10 with a time measured by a timer; an execution unit 11 which executes a job in accordance with the stored job information, in response to the result of the comparison by the job management unit 9; and a timer monitoring unit 3 which monitors the state of the RTC 4. If the timer monitoring unit 3 detects abnormality in the RTC 4, the execution unit 11 immediately executes the job in accordance with the stored job information. |
