PURPOSE: A light emitting diode (LED) driving circuit is provided not to separate a substrate of a high-voltage field effect transistor through an additional layer, thereby minimizing the size of the high-voltage field effect transistor. CONSTITUTION: A power unit (110) includes a power input terminal and a rectifier circuit of AC power inputted through the power input terminal. An LED lamp unit (120) is formed with a plurality of LEDs. A switching circuit unit (130) is connected to an output end of each LED. A reference voltage supply unit (140) applies a reference voltage for each switching circuit unit. Each reference voltage unit of the reference voltage supply unit is commonly grounded to a negative end of the rectifier circuit. A system ground unit is commonly grounded to each switching circuit unit. A bleeding switching circuit (180) forms a supply channel of a bleeding current.
