Inductive sensor

The inductive sensor (10) has an electrically non-conducting substrate (20) and an electrically conducting coil, which is material connected with the substrate, where the mechanical rigidity of the substrate is essentially higher than the conducting coil. The conducting coil is covered with a metal sheet (21). The substrate is formed by the metal sheet, where the surface of the metal sheet is provided with an electrical insulation layer (24) on the side of the conducting coil. Independent claims are also included for the following: (1) a method for the production of a sensor (2) a position measuring system with a sensor.
