<p>The device (1) has an illumination unit (8) i.e. LED, attached in a housing (3), where homogeneous light waves (10) are produced through the illumination unit and illuminate a button (5). A sensor surface (6) is directly applied on a carrier- or a printed circuit board (7) that is arranged inside the housing. A large-sized inner space (11) is provided between the sensor surface and an inner part of a covering plate (4) such that the illumination unit is mounted in the inner space. The light waves are irradiated into the inner space by the illumination unit. The covering plate is made of a transparent- or semitransparent material i.e. glasses, or a bend-fixed plastic material. The sensor surface is made of a metallic material.</p> |
