CONSTITUTION: A toner for forming electrostatic charge image consists of a toner parent particle containing a coloring agent, a binder resin, and a releasing agent. The external additive contains an inorganic particle on the surface of an aliphatic alcohol with a melting point of 20°C or less and a carbon number of 5 or greater. The content of the aliphatic alcohol is 0.16-5 wt% based on the total weight of the toner. 80 area% of grater of the surface of the inorganic particle is coated by an aliphatic alcohol. An electrostatic developer consists of the toner and the carrier.
