PURPOSE: A low temperature-curable epoxy powder paint composition is provided to improve corrosion resistance and brake oil performance while obtaining excellent appearance and mechanical properties and to improve the durability and reliability of a vehicle component. CONSTITUTION: A low temperature-curable epoxy powder paint composition comprises 30-60 weight% of two or more epoxy resin, 15-30 weight% of an epoxy hardener, 0.1-1.5 weight% of a curing accelerator, 0.5-2.5 weight% of an additive, 10-40 weight% of an inorganic filler, and 0.1-0.5 weight% of a pigment. The epoxy resin consists of a novolac epoxy resin with an epoxy equivalent of 300-700 g/eq and a novolac epoxy resin with an epoxy equivalent of 800-1200 g/eq, with the composition ratio of 1:5-5:1 based on weight%. The additive is one selected from a dispersant, a wetting agent, a gloss-controlling agent, a pin-hole-preventing agent, a crating-preventing agent, a flowability improver or a mixture thereof. |
